If you love frills then you will love the way our Ruby billows and showcases every movement of the ruffles. Strapless corseted bodice is framed with ruffles and features a lowered sleeved cascading with even more ruffles. The skirt is shirred and also framed with a large ruffle that falls into a dramatic train. A long belt ties at
